My experience at Now Vauxhall West Byfleet could have been better if they had not lied to me. I was told by two phone calls, firstly the car would be ready shortly as it was just waiting the mini-valet, then the 2nd call said it had all been completed and was ready for collection. When I went to collect it was as dirty as I had left it although I had been charged for a mini-valet. This totally undermined my experience and I felt that having a huge bill of £552.25, that I could not trust any of the other work that had been completed, but that I could not validate. I will think twice about taking my car there next year for a service.

It seems to be a well run and efficient garage.
